With a Civil Engineering degree from the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Calicut, Mr. Sanjeev Srivastva embarked on a journey that saw SANPRIYA Group evolve from a Construction House to an Architect of fulfilling Lifestyle Dream . His journey, spanning over three decades, has been marked by strategic foresight and unwavering commitment.

Since the inception of SANPRIYA, Mr. Sanjeev Srivastva has been at the helm, guiding the company’s expansion into uncharted territories. The strategic growth in Eastern India, particularly in Odisha and Jharkhand, showcases his visionary leadership, positioning SANPRIYA Group as a key player in the Lifestyle landscape.

As the Chief Operating Officer, I harness my IIM Bangalore education to guide our team toward groundbreaking achievements in project planning and execution. Our collective focus on customer relationship management has strengthened SANPRIYA industry presence.

My role intertwines with a commitment to business development, where I employ advanced analytics through tools like Seaborn to drive informed decisions. With fluency in English, Hindi, and French, I navigate diverse markets and cultivate international partnerships, positioning SANPRIYA as a leader in the lifestyle sector.

As the Chief Technology Officer at SANPRIYA group, a leading player in lifestyle sector in India, I oversee the design, development, and implementation of innovative and customer-centric IT solutions that enhance the company’s competitive edge and operational efficiency. I have a rich experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in programming, Linux, and troubleshooting.

I am also a board member at Capdeal Realty, a subsidiary of Assotech that specializes in commercial and retail properties. In this role, I advise and support the management on strategic IT decisions, such as digital transformation, data analytics, and cloud computing. Additionally, I leverage my previous experience as a Facets Consultant at TriZetto Healthcare Products, where I provided technical guidance and solutions to healthcare clients, to bring a consulting perspective and a customer-oriented approach to my current roles. I am passionate about learning and growing in a field that challenges me with new problems and requires me to give more than what is expected.

As the Head of Finance, I bring a wealth of experience in financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation to ensure the long-term sustainability and profitability of our operations.
